No automatic approval or guarantee

Submitting a form does not create a contract, guarantee availability, reserve inventory or promise campaign results. Response rates, conversions and revenue depend on many factors outside our control. Any final order requires written specifications and acceptance.

Unless expressly approved in a signed agreement and legally permitted, you may not request or use sensitive personal information, information about minors, precise geolocation, health information, government identifiers, financial-account credentials, or information for eligibility decisions involving credit, employment, housing, insurance or similar regulated decisions.

Data descriptions

Data source, recency, fields, geography, consent attributes, permitted channels, suppression status and other specifications vary by product. Only written order documents control. General website descriptions are not warranties that a particular file is suitable for a specific channel.

Intellectual property

The website, design, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Oceans Marketing Group LLC and may not be copied or exploited without permission.
